Yes. In the tools at the bottom of the page click on the 'Print' icon. You can print a single page or a range of pages or the entire book, either as a hardcopy or a PDF.
The NuLake eFlip Bookcase displays all the electronic versions (eFlip) of our books in a bookcase. Individuals who purchase an eFlip Book receive a link to our digital bookcase and can then click on the book(s) they have purchased and enter their email address to gain access. They then receive a six digit verification code by email to enter in order to open the eFlip Book.
Click on a YouTube icon in your eFlip Book. Once the YouTube video has started (after the ads) use 'Ctrl Click' and a menu will appear. Press 'Ctrl Click' again off the menu, but still on the video and the option 'Enter picture and picture' appears. Click on this and the YouTube video window will appear to the front. Return to your eFlip Book tab and the video will appear on the eFlip Book page. You can move the video around the page, or pause, forward or rewind it to follow the notes and diagrams in the eFlip book, while listening to the video.
Yes. Click on the link on the product page and find the book you are looking to purchase, then click on the 'View a Sample' button. A sample of a few pages from the eFlip Book will open in a new tab for you to view. Alternatively you can click on the other link on the product page which will open our Samples' eFlip Bookcase in a new tab.
To access your eFlip Book you must first click on the link to our NuLake eFlip Bookcase, that would have been emailed to you, within ONE business day of purchase. If you can't find it, check your SPAM folder. Click on the cover of the book you have purchased in the 'NuLake eFlip Bookcase'. You will then need to enter your email address when asked (exactly as you provided it to us when you ordered, as we are using it as a password, so it is case sensitive) and click on 'Send' to be emailed the six figure verification code. Enter this code, when you receive it, and click on 'Verify'. The book you have purchased will then open. An explanation of the tools and features of our eFlip Books is available under the 'eFlip Book Features' menu of this website, as well as links to two YouTube videos. Watch the videos and read the explanation so you understand the tools in the eFlip Book Toolset and the Annotation Toolbar.
Once you have purchased your eFlip Book you have unlimited access to the NuLake Bookcase and the purchased eFlip Book(s).
Yes, to have access to the NuLake Bookcase, and view your eFlip Book, you need internet access. You can however 'Print' the book as a PDF, when online, and save it onto your device, for viewing offline later.
Our 'Samples' enable prospective customers to view a few sample pages of the eFlip Book they are looking to purchase, so they can be sure that it meets their needs. Click on either of the two links on a product page. One link takes you to the eFlip Book Samples' page of our website and the other gives you direct access our Samples' eFlip Bookcase.
Because we offer customers the option to view a sample of the eFlip Book before they purchase, we do not offer the option of a refund. Another reason we do not offer refunds is because a customer can immediately print the PDF of a book after purchase and store it on their own device.
When you purchase through our website you can be assured that the information you enter is safe and your purchase is secure. The 'Stripe' payment gateway which the NuLake.com website uses keeps your online transaction and card details secure from start to finish. Please note all prices quoted on this website are in USD.
After purchasing your eFlip Book confirmation of your purchase is sent immediately via email. Access details to your eFlip Book are also sent to you by email, but it is not an automated process. We update our servers each day, so we advise customers that eFlip access will be sent within ONE business day. Please remember to check your SPAM folder.
There is no need to register on the NuLake website. Just select the eFlip Book(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the applicable 'Add to Cart' button, then on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will be required to enter just your billing information and then credit card details. You will then receive confirmation of your order and payment by email. We email access details within ONE business day. Please check your SPAM folder.
Occasionally you may find that you can't access the NuLake eFlip Bookcase. This is likely because of a server issue or scheduled maintenance. We do our best to inform you of this and give you an idea of how long the eFlip Bookcase is likely to be down for. Our aim is to minimise any downtime and enable access 24/7.
Our eFlip bundles at Year 8 to Year 12 are an affordable way to buy a number of eFlip Books at a particular level. At Year 8 and Year 9 a bundle comprises an eFlip Homework Book and an eFlip Workbook at the same year level. At Year 10 to Year 12 you will need to email us your choice of the FIVE titles, you require as part of your eFlip Bundle. Remember all FIVE books must be from the same year level.
For all the books we sell we provide additional information, via the two links on a product page. One link takes you to the Samples page of our website and the other gives you direct access to our Samples' eFlip Bookcase.
No. Only our sample eFlip Books are watermarked. When you purchase an eFlip Book there is no watermark.
The six digit authentication code is a measure to protect your eFlip Book and the data on our servers. If you open your eFlip Book in a tab on your browser, then while you keep that tab open you will not have to go through the authentication process again. Closing the tab or quitting your browser will mean you have to go through the authentication process again when re-accessing the eFlip Book.
In some of our eFlip Books, especially those involving Statistics at Year 10, 11 and 12, we use a number of data files or Excel spreadsheets, that we refer to within the book. We have collated these data files into Datasets which can be downloaded. To download the applicable dataset for an eFlip Book, scroll down and click on the 'Download Dataset' button next to the applicable eFlip Book title. The dataset set will be downloaded for you to use with the applicable eFlip Book. All our data files are in .csv and/or Excel format and can be loaded into an applicable statistics package, saving you time from having to enter the data by hand.
Yes of course. Just put the number of copies of the eFlip Book required, in your cart and then go to checkout and make payment. You will then need to send us an email, which includes the email addresses of the students, you want to have access to the eFlip Book. We will then email each student with their access details. The best way to send us the students’ email addresses, is in an Excel spreadsheet attached to the email. If you have any queries or require clarification, just email us via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
